Brian P. Hanlon is The Coleman Foundation Endowed Chair of Entrepreneurship & Associate Professor at North Central College where he teaches courses in Business Law and Entrepreneurship.  Brian's research and industry work is primarily focused on decision-support analytics for entrepreneurial real estate development projects (residential, retail, office, leisure, mixed-use) and real estate law.  Brian is also member of the Research Advisory Board of MindFolio Ltd., a London-based real estate consultancy, where he frequently contributes to projects in the U.S., Europe and Middle East.
