Step 1: Housing Application & Medical History and Immunizations Form

  • Complete your online housing application using your North Central College credentials
  • Complete your Medical History and Immunizations Form
    • Please read the entire form carefully
    • Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Tetanus, and a TB test are required of all students at North Central College enrolled for more than 3 credits
    • Please note that some immunization dates must be after a person's first birthday according to Illinois state law
    • BCG vaccine not accepted
    • Complete a Release Form if you're under the age of 18

Step 3: Health Insurance & Class Selection

  • Purchase Required Health Insurance: GeoBlue
    • Purchase for all months you will be in the U.S.
    • North Central does not accept proof of overseas health plans and all J-1 students are required to purchase GeoBlue Health Insurance.
    • When purchasing, use the address: 30 North Brainard Street CM#276 Naperville, Illinois 60540
    • Spaces asking for ID numbers on the application can be left blank
    • Print and bring your receipt and medical card with you to orientation
  • Select Your Classes
    • You will be contacted via email by your Student Success Coach (your academic advisor) and he/she will help you to select and register for classes.
    • Check your NCC email frequently!

Exchange students can pay their housing and meal plan bill through Fly Wire.
