Molly came to North Central College as a transfer student and left with a full-time position as an interactive designer at For You Design, a digital marketing agency in Downers Grove, Ill. Her responsibilities include designing websites, apps, social media graphics and motion/animation videos. Her academic work prepared her with design and technical abilities, as well as leadership and organizational skills from co-leading a team of designers to create a 60-page children’s book

“A class that was especially meaningful to me was Web Design with [Assistant Professor of Art and Desigh] Hale Ekinci. Although the class was challenging, that was the start of my interest in UX/UI (user experience and user interface) design. Now at my job, I spend most of my time designing apps and websites, and I love it!
“When I was planning to transfer from my community college, a friend told me that she really enjoyed being part of North Central's graphic design program, so, I decided to schedule a visit. I had a great experience at North Central! I had a great relationship with all of my art and design professors. Each of them went above and beyond, and I received a lot of extra help during their office hours.”
