Why Pursue a Diagnostic Medical Sonography Major at North Central College?Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) combines a robust understanding of anatomy with technical knowledge of special imaging equipment to produce images of organs and internal tissues that are necessary for conducting tests and making diagnoses.
