Dear students, faculty and staff: I wrote to you this summer about a recommendation from the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force that we conduct a campus-wide climate survey. I appreciate the Task Force’s work and its recommendation, and I am pleased to announce that this initiative will soon move forward as part of our commitment to achieving our shared vision of building a more diverse and inclusive community.
