The mission of the English Language Institute (ELI) is to help students improve their academic English skills quickly, through dynamic and interactive instruction in small, personalized classes. We serve students from high beginning to advanced levels of English language proficiency.
We offer two programs:
The Intensive English Program serves students with high-beginning to low-advanced English proficiency levels. After completing the Intensive English Program, students can transition into our Excel Program coursework.
The Excel Program is coursework that counts toward your North Central College degree or could be transferred to another institution.
